I’m sorry to say this class is postponed. I will definitely be teaching it at a future date, please feel free to email me if you are interested so I can contact you when I know the dates and times. --Beth
Juneau is most fortunate to have The CANVAS, a community arts studio offering studio and gallery space, art classes and events. I’m teaching my first-ever class this weekend and the one following (the next two Sundays) - I’d love to see you there.
We will learn to design beads and embellishments from vintage papers, maps and treasures from the junque drawer and button box. From there we will learn simple wire wrapping and create wrapped-wire vintage-appearing necklaces from coated steel. Be ready to discover the beauty and potential of everyday objects.
Two Sundays, April 10 and 17.2:00 to 4:30 PM. I can’t wait!
Please email me if you have any questions about the class. To sign up, contact the Canvas:
The Canvas is located downtown at 223 Seward Street in Juneau, Alaska, 99801. Tel: 907-586-1750. Email: info@canvasarts.org
