Friday Art Poll

Here it is, Friday again!  And here is the question:

What is the most indispensable item in your studio or work space?

Put your answers in the comments.  I can’t wait to read them.

  1. Besides a ready cup of coffee, it is probably the myriad of lights I have everywhere. Lighting is a constant challenge, especially in the winter months. I'm constantly rearranging the lighting and adding lights when I can.

  2. Good lighting for me, too. I have an inexpensive full-spectrum lamp over my sewing machine and another one over my comfy chair in the family room. Equally necessary is comfortable seating.

  3. Another person...Not always do I need another person to work with when I use my glue snail and my cutter, and a really good chair, and like you really good lighting, but almost always, I need to work with other people.

  4. I'll try again, I left a message last night...I thought...but my answer was the same....lighting!! The older I get the more lighting I seem to need. Happy Beading

  5. My glasses! Now that 50 is knocking on my door, I find I can't do anything without my 'beading' glasses.

  6. I'd have to say my sense of play. I let go of expectations and simply play. Supplies used is whatever tends to be on hand.
